Learn to make pasta dough from scratch, then fill your ravioli and finish it off with a quick brown butter sage sauce. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in NYC to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home. 

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2-4. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.  21+ only.

Scott’s love of all things food emanated from his father whose culinary fusion was way before its time. He inspired Scott to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. After graduating, and 26 years in New York Kitchens he then had gained extensive experience in all phases of food service. He enjoys taking “Classic Dishes” and reinventing them with his own spin as well as innovating from inspiration that comes with knowledge and experience.
