It is our policy and practice at Extended Stay America to require advance payments for all guests in our rooms. If the stay is less than seven days, guests pay for the entire stay, one week each. Guests paying the weekly rate will be charged for their stay at check-in, but they will not be charged for a stay longer than seven days. For stays of more than five days or stays of more than three weeks, we require a deposit of up to one week from the guests.
The month is payable on the first night of the stay and does not exceed $50 tax per month per pet. For stays of more than seven days or more than three weeks, you will not be charged a $150 pet tax.
Guests who cancel or fail to show up will lose their prepayment for a non-refundable deposit of $3 per night. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the expiry date of your reservation must be cancelled within 48 hours or the rate shown will be charged to the credit card that contains the reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours, you must cancel the reservation within 72 hours, or your deposit is equivalent to 3 nights prepayment. Guests who cancel or fail to show up will lose their deposit, including taxes, for the entire stay.
