Mariposa-Nabi Primary Center Reviews

Mariposa-Nabi is a beautiful school. The teachers are compassionate, dedicated, and bilingual in either Korean or Spanish. There are a few who speak both. The main office staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help out. The principal is unlike any other I've ever met. He's very approachable, hands on, and dedicated to the children. I wish there was visitor parking, but that is beyond the control of Mariposa's staff. Overall students, visitors, and parents feel safe and welcomed.

Awesome primary center! The school is very clean and beautiful. The teachers and assistants are excellent, caring and professional. They have the hands on and experience in working with young children. The special education classroom is the best structured program I have ever seen. The children blossom throughout the school year. Overall, I couldn't be a happier parent to have my son attend this school. From: Angie Mora

First off, the school is beautiful and quaint, with currently the maximum number of students being 300. Everything is brand new and clean, and the Principal, Mr. Rodriguez makes sure it stays that way. Afterschool program is free where my daughter does her homework, gets daily snacks, has playtime in the schoolyard with plenty of lush green grass area, and has does craft every day. I love the fact that the school is small and all the teachers and faculty know the students. Each classroom is well equipped with computers, and the teachers are very well qualified with with credentials; only thing may be that most of the teachers are new so which means they may lack in one area, which is experience, but that will come with time. My child will be graduating and going to gifted magnet school, Wonderland, while my 2nd child will be entering here for kindergarten.

The only thing I think it needs is someone to guide the traffic at San Marino St. Sometime cars don't stop for kids to cross the street. Sometimes they are driving so careless it's some what difficult to cross street.
