A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I SIGNED UP MYSELF AND MY KIDS The kids class was just what my children needed to get them focused at school. The staff is great and my kids love it.
I signed up for the adult class and I've gotten into shape with their kickboxing class. I had my wife join last month and she loves it too. I also do the Wing Chun kung fu classes. It's very realistic, which is what I was looking for. The head instructor is always there unlike other schools and they have classes 5 days a week! Sometimes for 2 hrs a night. I've been laying off the junk food since I started!
