THE SALON IS NOT WORTH GOING TOO THE OWNER JACKS HIS PRICES UP ITS TOO SMALL AND THE BEDS ARE SO OLD BUT HE TRIES TO MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE THEY ARE THE BEST BEDS I WOULD WARN PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THIS SALON

I've been going to this place for the last 3 years now, even before it was remodeled. I do like some tan but I am not crazy about tanning and therefore I always end up not using all my stars from the package. That's happened at least three times. About a month ago when my package was about to expire one of the girls told me they would make an exception this time and let me use my stars, they will "extend" the date. So I left happy and went back 2 weeks later (that long ago too) and this time the other staff person told me that I can only use those "extended" stars if I buy a new package. They have always been REALLY PUSHY on the those but that came over the top. Not only I have packages in the past I never fully used, my last one hasn't yet been used but you are asking me to spend another $100 again? What made me write this review is not that much that it was unfair but the way she delivered all that info to me and not caring at all that she could loose a client. She could of at least make a sympathy face or something. Had she made an exception and let me use 3 stars that one time, I would have been back but they lost my business. Next time think twice when you act like you could care less. I've had 3 or 4 packages there and so did my husband. I don't think any of them were fully used. I was also thinking trying their wraps. Well, now I won't. Their products (Lumiere, whatever) are so expensive. I've seen body lotions for like $50! Will not recommend, sadly.

just stopped by to visit this salon, and while I was wary after reading the last review, i was pleasantly suprised by the service. Perhaps i got another girl - or *hopefully* the "rude" girl is no longer there! =o) I called & had difficulty getting some pricing, the girl was very nice and explaned thet their system was a little too involved for the phone so she invited me it to try out a bed for FREE while i came in to look over the prices. I was allowed to tan first, which suprised me, as most salons give you your "first tan free" - after they have your money (so, not free...) The beds were pretty spacious and clean. The girl showed me all the beds and how the packages worked and i got to tanning! they even have little candies in each room (i have a weakness for sweets!). after i tanned, i was surprised to see that she was up front, not waiting to spring on me like some salons. She simply asked how i liked it. of course, with one session you can never tell. but with the low pressure it was clear that this salon was for me! we decided a medium package was best for me and i was on my way. the girl was super nice and very informed. great staff and reasonable prices!
