MY FAVORITE SPA!

I have been going to Burbank Spa and Garden for almost three years now, so i was also shocked to read the negitive reviews about the spa. I use to have problems with my face breaking out, and because I work in the entertainment industry, could not afford to have bad breakouts. The staff at Burbank Spa and Garden are so nice and knowledgeable that i got the exact products and best treatments for my skin. Not only do they have great facials but they will also customize it for your own skin! Since i have been going there it has worked miracles on my face!

WOW!

Im really shocked by the bad reviews! Ive been going to this spa for years now and have never had one complaint. Their friendly staff and great prices make it hard to go anywhere else. I love the sauna!! Im addicted! Every time Im sick I spend ten minutes in the sauna with their eucalyptus oil and it completely clears my sinus problems. The garden is so peaceful and refreshing to relax in and the staff is always at your service! The nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists are all so personable and make it their responsibity for you as the customer to have the best experience! I love Burbank Spa and will continue to get my services there : )

Pros: Best service and overall best spa experience!

Cons: none

Great Spa!

I had a massage here over the weekend and from walking in to leaving it was a great experience. As you enter the spa you walk through a garden which is a serene setting, and makes you feel relaxed right away. Then you are greeted by a great staff and then the real spa experince begins. I had a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have had in awhile. I will come back to Burbank Spa & Garden for sure. I already made an appointment to visit when my mom and sister come in town to visit.

Great Experience

I really enjoyed the Burabnk Spa and Garden. It was very affordable and you experience many amenities that are included with your spa treatments. I just went to get my feet done and was able to use the spa, the showers, have tea, eat fruit, and sit in the garden. It was great and it was well worth it. The people are very friendly and are always making sure you get what you need. I would highly recomend this place for anyone looking to get a spa treatment because it was everything a spa place should be about.

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: What are the drawbacks?

Overpriced for only sauna use.

I checked out the sauna alone since so many great things were said about it and found really nothing spectacular about it. I used the facility but the shower and sauna area look like they need to be renovated, although I learned that the rest of the facility recently had a make over. The locker room is just too small. A few women came in to get ready for their treatments while I was taking a breather and it was instantaneously packed! No hair dryers out for use and only 2 make up stations. There was also a small coackroaach that said hello to me when I opened my locker. I was grossed out thinking of the places that little guy had gone through before making his appearance! Instead of asking for a refund and leaving I blocked it out of my head the rest of the time I was there. I'm not a prude when it comes to small insects but at a spa where my body is exposed and the rates they charge I'm not willing to give much leeway.

Pros: Intimate space if that's what you like.

Cons: Needs larger locker room.
