I chose the center as my primary dental provider. The relationship at first was pleasant. They assisted me to get Care Credit approval so that I may have a full and a partial denture done for me. Both works of art were very inferior. The full denture broke 4 times. The partial denture casued me too much pain that I have to take it off. Unfortunately, I did not know that it was sucked by a vacuum cleaner when I had a carwash. I have been scheduled a lot of ytimes so that my full denture shall be fixed. Ultimately I got tired because the piece as I have said broke 4 times. I demanded a copy of my chart and the staff would not let me see it. She said she needs approval from the manager. When I finally was able to talk to the manager, she promised to have the full denture totally replaced. To my dismay, they billed my insurance again for what they said a replacement. Until now, they have not allowed me to have a look at my chart nor did they communicate with me.

I went there to get a crown done and after they put it on I flossed and it fell out. They put it back tho. The following yr. I went and they asked were I had it done because it was poorly made. Let's not even talk about the bill. I paid money in cash and the rest my insurance. 8 months after I just got another bill from them. Do not go here! Horrible job and they'll take your money. Olga

If you need a dentist do not use Castle Dental. I went there for a mere cleaning, instead they decided that I needed all sorts of treatment without asking me. They give you one price before the treatment, then the price keeps on increasing. The dentists are insensitive to your needs and to who you are. In addition, they bill you twice, and in some cases, three times for the same service. AVOID THIS FACILITY.
