Been using Arthur's services for about 10 yrs... simply, excellent. Fast, efficient... easy to get an appointment, and nice support staff. Highly recommended.

this office is not a friendly customer...I called many times and no one ever calls you back..no one ever pick up the phone!!! Hell!
Pros:
Cons: No one will pick the fon till your eyes turn to white,nothings happen!

I have used Arthur T. Moore's Tax Preparation for over 15 years and recommended them to friends and business associates. They have always been courteous and helpful. If I call them on April 15th, they tend to be a bit busy, but even then they always get back to me. They are very good at what they do.
Pros: Helpful on last minute questions
Cons: I can't think of any
