Just purchased a new Honda from these guys this weekend and I must tell you...it was the best car buying experience ever! I worked with them through the internet before going in and they gave me a great deal and made everything SIMPLE! They even got the exact color I wanted driven to the lot from Huntington Beach just in time for my arrival! That, people, is what customer service is all about! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Even purchasing the intermediate package ($250+), the inspection did not cover the basics for any tune-up. Do Honda Techs ever bother checking the spark plugs? Probably not, they resort to upselling you on other service needs. Quick to upsell on cleaning out the IAC valve ($600), but not quick to even check spark plugs offer a service package to do more tune-up. I will never get my car serviced at Carson Honda again. I'd rather go to the parts department and get better service. Auto Repair 1 stars or less. Parts Department 5 stars!

The Carson Honda dealership is conveniently located close to the freeway. This dealership has a pretty good selection of new vehicles as well as used ones too that are Honda certified. The sales staff are friendly and not pushy. They also have an internet sales department if you prefer buying cars that way.
