They padded the price of the car eight grand! Every time I went to get warranty work done, they ordered the wrong part. I had to bring the car back every time I had work done there. They damaged my wheel rim and botched a simple wheel alignment. They replaced a strut bearing and it went bad in two weeks. This is by far the most sloppy incompetent dealership I've ever seen. Because of them I will never buy another American made car again. In light of General Motors problems and their decision to drop Saturn, Saturn of Torrance should change their name to Saturn's R Us

I have a 750 credit score. First guy suckered me in by saying they'd lower the sticker price. Then they offered me 9% financing, gave me a below average offer on my tradein, and didn't change the sticker price one cent. I had to fight tooth and nail for 2 1/2 hours (as they said, We're no haggle while they dickered) just to get a FAIR deal on the financing and trade. And they acted as though they were doing me a FAVOR the whole time, without lowering the sticker!!!! I kept asking for three things: trade in value, % finance, and price of car... they kept giving me PAYMENTS and #MONTHS, ignoring my VERY CLEAR requests. After we shook on a deal, I cleaned out my car and loaded the new car, they realized they messed up by forgetting to add in the $1800 upsidedown from my trade. After the 3 HOURS we spent, they then came back to me ADDING $100 A MONTH FOR 66 MONTHS to make up for THEIR error. FURIOUS, I walked out the door. When I came back 2 days later because they forgo
