Laszlo Bossanyi presents the opening of Maximilians Austrian Hungarian Restaurant in the heart of the NOHO Art District. Chef Laszlo who had been a sous chef at Chasen?s does much more than cook his native Hungarian and European cuisine. His first major career stop was at the Hotel Beke in Budapest, the next stop found him in the kitchens of the Lucerne Hotel in Switzerland. Later, the ambitious young chef turned up in the chef?s Mecca, Paris where he perfected his classic French cooking abilities at the Hotel Maurice.
