Yesterday my 11 year old played with our treadmill and somehow broke it. We called Pro Tread Services and they sent out a very knowledgable tech named paul. Not only did he fix our treadmill but also serviced it at no extra charge. Very happy with the service we received. Will call this company again if we have any further problems with our gym equipment.

Mike showed up ontime and had the problem diagnosed quickly. Thankfully my repair required no parts and it was fixed for their standard service fee. I highly recomend this company and have already recomended them to my sister.

I called Pro Tread Services for my TC3000. Initially the tech responded quickly to my quiry but did not seem to want to make the drive to the foothills which is in their service area. Then, there were a milieu of problems that took literally months to handle and I had to email and call to get them to come back. I am disappointed in the service and felt like they really didn't want my business and could care less if I got my machine working once they got their money.
Pros: Technician was able to diagnose problems
Cons: Poor customer service response
