If I could give them zero stars I would. asides from the mutlitude of little things that this store needs to improve upon, the Harry Potter sweaters they sell don't even match the ones in the film.

My daughter placed an order with this company and never received her order. Her credit card was charged right away and we contacted the customer service number and got the voice mail. We left a message, but have not heard back. We also contacted the company via e-mail and again, no response. We finally placed a complaint with the BBB. After reading the reviews, we will never do business with this company again and we hope others will not as well. Her order was almost $200 and that is a lot of money to just throw away. We all hope that this company will do the right thing but after reading others input we are not so sure.

After reading through some reviews (I had already placed and paid for my order) I was incredibly nervous that I would not receive my order, or that I would be chasing down customer service. It has now been a week since I placed my order and I am happy to report that things could not have gone more smoothly.
I was contacted the day after I placed my order to authorize an additional shipping charge (since I live in Canada) which I replied to instantly and within 3 days my order had shipped along with an email from Whimsic alley and the tracking number from UPS. It is actually already in customs today (in Canada) so I just have to wait for UPS to do it's thing.
I agree that most of the problems seemed to stem around the release of Deathly Hallows (and I hope that all grievances were all eventually resolved). Their website seems to be up and running (although the page itself could do with a major overhaul).
